HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

Standard Order:
*Production Time: 5-7 Working Day
*Shipping Service: Standard Shipping
*Shipping Time: 8-10 Working Days
*Shipping Fee: Free Standard Shipping

Receiving Time
Receiving Time=Production Time+ Shipping Time
Note:Special urgent orders need to receive parcels before a specific date. Please contact our customer service in advance. We will give priority to production of your order and shipping. Due to uncontrollable factors, such as bad weather, holidays, strikes, etc., the delivery date may change.


HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer Free Standard Shipping (8-10 business days) on all orders from continental United States that includes the 48 contiguous states but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories.

Expedited Shipping Service(5-7 Business Days) $10.00 USD

In the meantime, we also offer Expedited DHL/FedEx Shipping service(3-5 business days). The cost for expedited  DHL/FedEx service to United States is  

Expedited DHL/FedEx Shipping Service(3-5 Business Days) $20.00 USD

Please Note: Purchasing expedited shipping does not shorten production time, it only speeds up the shipping time.


HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We happily fulfill international orders! We are proud to use UPS/DHL/Fedex/TNT/USPS as our primary carrier. Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.

Please note:
If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.
